The Tale of the Island Spirits

An augmented reality experience for the Koami Art Festival 2024.
On the former island of Ringön, six elemental spirits live, each embodying a unique force in the universe. Together, these six spirits protect and nurture their island home, each contributing their unique gifts to create a paradise where culture thrives and magic is woven into the souls entering the island.
Hin, the Spirit of Energy,
emerged from the heart of the island, deep down in the poisoned ground, bringing light and energy to the world.
Kodama, the Spirit of Joy,
arose from fertile soil in the techno tunnel, nurturing life on earth.
Tera, the Spirit of Wisdom,
was born from the roots of a sacred tree bursting through the asphalt, whispering words of wisdom.
Ari, the Soul Spirit,
emerged out from the energy of a rave party, dancing through the skies to inspire curious souls.
Zara, the Spirit of Hope,
came from a burst of stardust from the recycling station, shining brightly to guide lost souls at night.
Kai, the Spirit of Harmony,
rose from the depths of the harbor, controlling the tides to maintain the balance on the island.
